If the blue pill didn't work, then he has a serious health condition that needs to be addressed. It's not mental it's physical. He needs to be taken in to see his doctor asap. As this could be a sign of blood vessel blockage that could actually cause a stroke or heart attack. Get him to a doctor. Age doesn't matter in this type of situation.
However, if you purchased the pill online and didn't use quikmed.com then you got screwed and got a pill that doesn't contain the drug it's a fake.
Only one online pharmacy is authorized to sell in the United States it sells the little blue pill quikmed.com how i know this is my wife/gf are the licensing people who wrote the law to license this online pharmacy.
all other online pharmacy's sell fake viagra and cialis.

He needs to seek an elevator man. He needs to tell him the blue button is not working and find some way to fix the problem. You can try to fix it but sometimes it will be frustrating if you cannot get the elevator to go up.
