Ai no Kusabi is probable the final Yaoi anime i've got ever seen (yet I even have not watched that lots of them)...as for Loveless I strongly have self belief there is not any longer a 2nd season...that could be a type of, in case you enjoyed the anime now flow and study the manga. Yay!! Finally a good question arises from the bottomless pit.
Yami no Matsuei (English title: Descendents of Darkness) It's a 13 episode shounen-ai.
Gakuen Heaven is adorable. 13 episode shounen-ai again.
Papa to Kiss in the Dark. Yaoi. Only two episodes but there is somewhat of a plot.
Gravitation. 13 episodes, shounen-ai and it has great music!
Ok, scratch this one lol.

The anime I LOVE is Mirage of Blaze. Lots of hot guys! XD

There are more good yaoi/shounen ai manga series than there are anime.
Manga:
Demon Diary - LOVE LOVE LOVE the characters...not yaoi, but it makes you wonder
Love Mode - Graphic love scenes, but the cutest/hottest stories.
Eerie Queerie - The plot is cute and the characters are so oblivious it's frustratingly awsome.
FAKE - Cops + Yaoi = LOVE (nuff said)

Gravitation is probably the most popular yaoi. and it's really cute. it's got some serious parts but a lot of goofy parts too.
