Yes it's cheating because it's called oral sex and any kind of sex outside of a relationship is cheating. Would you think it was cheating if she was getting it from someone or somewhere else if you weren't in to it? Think about it...

Yes, it's cheating.
If you ask her, I bet she'll say "No. You can't get it somewhere else."
Try to find out why she's not into it. Perhaps she feels demeaned by it. Or perhaps she's sick of doing it and not getting anything in return.
Do you constantly hound her about doing it? That's a sure fire way to make someone NOT want to do something.

no not really.. was married to someone that never wanted to spend time together and she gave me permission to my face and said she would actually put it in writing .for a long time I didnt take her up on it but met a playmate that was crazy for me and found that i was sad when I enjoyed myself with my new playmate that my wife didnt make me feel that way .. so well i never lied to my wife about where i was nor whom i was with and she eventually decided to try threesomes and couples which worked out but we eventually divorced and well it was over before it was over years before she had cheated on me and it was the beginning of the end so well long story short no actually its not cheating is she says go for it go for it.. hey she told you it was ok

Wait she TOLD you to go get it somewhere else? Okay then. That in not cheating ONLY because she told you to go somewhere else. She gave her express permission. Frankly, I would get that in writing and notarized.

come on now, use your head sex is sex. You can't use the bill clinton line that oral sex is not sex. Adultery is exactly what it is and you should repent and ask god to forgive you and not to touch another women but your wife only.
