You are somewhere around 20% body fat.
You should be around 15% body fat.
Alot of the uninformed fat people who are answering your question say "no" because:
a.) they are fat.
b.) they have NO IDEA about health/nutrition/body composition.
and
c.) they want to cut you slack because your are 13.
They think it's ok to be pudgy when you're a kid.
The truth is, when you are a kid your body fat % should actually be lower. As you get older, your metabolism will slow and you will gain more weight if you don't get a handle on your diet.

no hon, youre not fat. for your height, you wouldnt be considered fat (medically) until you weighed over 160. Search yahoo for a BMI calculator- that tells you your body mass based on weight and height, and lets you know your ideal range for weight. as it is, you already are in your ideal range. if youre worried about being fat (even though youre not), just try to limit your junk food intake, choose friuts and veggies and whole grains over anything prepackaged. try not to eat at fast food restaurants either, they are so unhealthy. one of the best things you can do is avoid soda, and drink water instead! and make sure you get some physical activity each day for 20 minutes or more- like playing with a pet or younger sibling (thats quite active!), or going for a walk, or just taking the stairs whenever possibe instead of an escalator. but you really dont have to worry- youre still young, and growing into your body!

It depends on your bone size; if you're small boned, you're not going to weigh as much as the average medium boned nor as much as the big boned. If you fell fat, then ask your doctor. And, get a second opinion. I'm 5'5 ans small boned and weigh 108 pounds. I was once anorexic and reached my lowest at 64 pounds. Doctors seem to feel I should weigh betewwn 120 - 125
pounds. Yeah, if I were pregnant. I lost a lot of muscle from anorexia is why my weight is slightly lower. At 13, you're still growing, so don't worry too much. But since you obviously do, again, go to the doctor whom you trust.

Haven't seen the insurance chart,,,but probably need more exercise...less bread...I always thought vitamins and steak were a good diet at your age...ice water will shut down a hungry stomach until supper time. Not drinking soda water or sweets would probably allow you to eat all your favorites without weight gain worries. I exercise while watching favorite TV, standing up, helps! Tell people what you are doing and why if not alone...or they'll think you're getting loonie....
