accessorising dress? please help!?

I have a grey and black jumper dress with horizontal stripes (nice than it sounds!) to wear during the evening for a male friend's 18th birthday. I really need to look sexy but not OTT. Should I wear it with footless tights (leggings)? And a belt? If so what colour? And shoes? Argh help!

I would definitely wear leggings and a belt. Make sure they are both black. Black flats or black pumps!

Yes, wear it with leggings. It's such a great look! If ur dress is grey and black then u should wear a red belt. Wear red or white shoes too. This will make ur outfit POP! With this outfit, you should definitely wear some black ballet flats. Leggings are cute too, so if you decide to wear them, get black or grey. A belt is also a good idea, just make sure its a good width (not to thin or too wide). Also, some accessories such as rings and earrings will look cute too.
