Jay Reso has used Christian Cage as a ring name since early in his indy career (it evolved from a combo of Christian Slater's and Nicolas Cage's names). He shortened it to Christian in WWE and has reverted back to the original name in TNA.
I don't believe WWE has the name Christian trademarked (as it is a commonly used real first name, which you can't trademark), but Jay chose not to use the name to avoid conflict. He and WWE battled over the moniker "Captain Charisma" which Jay was smart enough to trademark before he left WWE. WWE argued that it wasn't fair because he used the name in their company. However, Jay owns the trademark, so he can use "Captain Charisma" if he wants.

WWE Owns Is Name As Christian. So In TNA He Use Christian Cage. JRunDMC93 Booker T Own His Name His Real First Name Is Booker And Him Middle Name States With A T. And Kurt Angle Is His Real Name.

Before Christian was in the WWE, he competed in indie companies with the name of "Christian Cage".
WWE trademark everything they invent, (names of wrestlers, moves, and etc) that includes the name "Christian", so for TNA to avoid a law-suit by the E, they used the name Christian originally wrestled with, which is "Chrisitan Cage"

WWE owns the rights to the simple wrestling name Christian, because they gave it to him(his real name is Jason Reso). So NWA/TNA gave him the in-ring name Christian Cage.
-Tyson Tomko is really named Travis Tomko, so only the Tomko name came to TNA.
