Because if you killed all the tourists then you would not make any money to buy the bullets and that nice rifle for the next tourist season. Do I have to spell everything out to you now????

haha i kno. Well this is the season we wish we could shoot at them. And technically we can shoot at ehm, but then we'd ba charged with assault w/ a deadly weapon or murder and sent to jail...

it jest means this is the bissyest time of the year for people out of thire town, and more people comeing to your town giveing you money for your city or town, like the summer in canada and winter for the usa to get to a hot place and a way from the snow.

Probably for the same reason that we can't shoot the snowbirds. I mean - why can't we shoot them - they're called birds.

you can shoot them if you have a valid out of state hunting license
