The Tiger and the Snake
The Tiger and the Snake may have trouble finding common ground on which to base a relationship. Both are basically easy-going, as long as each is getting its way -- and therein lies the potential for problems. The Tiger is self-possessed, bold and independent, a free thinker and spirit; this Sign insists on being in charge -- of the "movement," of itself and its own path ... The Tiger is often referred to as a born leader as it has the energy and vision needed to move things (and people) forward. The Snake possesses more subtlety than that; this Sign relies on its innate charm to get its way. The Snake is as seductively attractive as the Tiger, which could mean these two will be drawn to one another initially; it's difficult to resist the Tiger's personal magnetism or the Snake's sexy charm. However, soon these two Signs may find they don't have much in common. They may work out better as business partners than as lovers, because there is so much potential for trouble in a romantic relationship between these two. The Snake tends to be a jealous and possessive lover, behavior that results from an inner sense of insecurity. The Snake needs a partner who can provide frequent emotional support and reassurance, and that's probably not the Tiger! Though a noble, warm-hearted Sign, the last thing the Tiger wants is to be held back by a jealous sweetheart; behavior of that type will send this Sign running. These two will work out far better in business together: The Snake is lucky with money and can use its charm and diplomacy to draw in new clients, and the Tiger's bold, free-thinking ways will ensure that the business always grows and never begins to stagnate. Also, the Snake's intuitive approach to business will likely prove a nice complement to the Tiger's fearless, inventive tactics. But whatever their relationship, the key between these two is understanding!

Earth Element
Those of you born under the influence of the Chinese Astrology Element of Earth are wise, serene and prudent, firmly rooted in your morals, ethics and responsibilities. Led by logic rather than emotion, you seek to plan your life as far out in advance as possible, to expect the unexpected and control your destiny down to the last detail. Your disciplined reserve -- which can come across as true grace if you work it right -- garners you respect and admiration. You're so bound by logic and dependent upon controlling your situation that you have a fear of the unknown. Consequently, you question your instincts, distrusting even your most cherished dreams and seeing your whims as frivolous distractions. Don't be a stick in the mud, Earth Signs; share your wisdom and your peace of mind with a needy world.

Wood Element
Like the rings of a tree circle out and expand through the years, so too do those born under the Chinese Astrology Element of Wood. You Wood personalities seek chances for growth and for renewal in all you do, 'branching out' (excuse the pun!) whenever possible. Your open, expansive mind makes you a compassionate and generous friend, colleague and ally. You understand the inherent value of what you and those around you possess, and your confidence allows you to act upon your beliefs. While your strength forms the backbone of any social group or partnership you're a part of, you could have a tendency to be a bit too systematic in your thinking, and sometimes your passivity allows others to overwhelm and inhibit you. Don't let yourself be lost in a vast forest, an anonymous tree among millions of others. Make your mark on the world -- you're especially adept at business ventures. Open-minded Wood Signs are willing to explore all the possibilities!

I assume the wood tiger is male and the earth snake is female.

THE WOOD MALE TIGER
This is a man addicted to change. Vital and energetic, he is full of grand plans & seems to be always on the move. Whether planning, plotting or strategising, he craves the excitement of testing out new & innovative ideas. In his company, you will never be bored, but he could wear you out if u lack the energy to keep up. Remember that the wood element is his natural habitat. His full nature shines forth. Be an adoring & supportive mate if u want to win & keep him.

THE EARTH FEMALE SNAKE
She is the power hungry one, a Snake whose head is full of glamourous dreams of power & wealth, fame & fortune. Amazingly intelligent & persevering, the earth snake has the uncanny ability to seek out rich & powerful mates who provide them with the power & luxury lifestyle they crave. But they can also be resilient & courageous, fighting back in times of adversity. Never underestimate them.
