Hurt your ankle or break your arm. Or you could tell them some weird story about how you watched your cousin drown and every time you are in water you start screaming and you don't want to die.

Hope it helps cause i think these are really good ideas.

they will tell you to wear a tampon!!!! also stop cutting urself please that is not good, also just tell everyone you got cut my something on accedent, you can't excape swimming.. my friends tried everything and she claimed she had her period and they made her wear a tampon or she would get an F and she was a straight A student so guess what she did... she had to swim! After a while she told everyone that she really didn't have her period... wut a boob. Ok so stop cutting ur self and eat a cookie you will feel better.

put itching powder on and draw red dots. No thats stupid. Maybe say you can't swim. Thatts stupid too. Make a fake doctor note? I don't know. I don't have to swim in gym. Wait until the cuts go away and stop cutting yourself

I think it's time to see your p.e. teacher or whoever else is involved. You need to face the consequences of your actions and go on with your life. Nothing will be accomplished by hiding except that you'll have to continue to hide. It's time to come clean and get on with your life!
