A lot of east coast people forget about arizona - not sure if it is the most, but there are quite a few:

Mike Bibby, Salim Stoudamire, Damon Stoudamire, Richard Jefferson, Luke Walton, Hasaan Adams, Andre Iguodala, Gilbert Arenas, Channing Frye, Jason Terry (sorry if I spelled any wrong!)

It would be interesting to see which college has the most NBA championship players. For arizona, it would be Steve Kerr (5 times!), and Sean Elliot, that I can think of.

Kenny Lofton also played for the Arizona basketball team, though he is now in the MLB (he played college baseball to "stay in shape" for basketball...)

I know its not the NBA, but Eugene Edgerson plays for the Harlem Globetrotters, so there's a bonus.
