That's like asking to go to med school with no science courses. Why would a PT school take someone who they have no idea can handle the advanced science courses since they didn't even bother taking the undergrad level ones?

I'm sure you're a hard worker, but science classes are a hell of a lot harder than business classes. Very different too. I'm a lawyer and my wife's a pharmacist. I freely admit her undergrad classes were a hell of a lot harder than mine cuz I took science for non-majors (and not many of them). In college, my engineering roommate and I took Econ for the easy A.

It's not gonna happen and it would be a disservice to both you and the school to let you skip the prereq science courses. It hurts you b/c you'd waste a ton of money on tuition before failing out cuz your science base isn't enough to keep up with your classmates.

Physical Therapy is considered a medical occupation so in short, no reputable program will give you credentials without science prerequisites.

You have to have a science backround...biological and physiological properties are the basis of our profession. You must have a solid backround in biology, chemisty, physics and anatomy...sorry, there is no way around this. You would never understand the core PT classes without the basic backrounds.

Why would a physical therapy program want to admit someone who doesn't meet the basic admissions requirements? If you find a school that would do that, you should be very suspicious and check into its academic record and credentials very thoroughly.

1) You're going to HAVE to take science courses if you want to go into any sort of medicine. How you made it with a BA without taking basic bio or chemistry is amazing.

2) I would rethink your career. PT is a VERY competitive job and you're going to have to get as much experience and things to make your resume look better, including taking as many science classes as possible! Have you looked into respiratory therapy?
