I cant help but notice that African Americans got style and flavor and when it comes to dancing they can just watch TV and copy it like it isnt nothing! But caucasians are always snapping all wrong and all off beat and stuff, and they have to take dance lessons!

Actually here where I live we see all types dancing at the local watering hole to western swing! Flavor is a matter 'o taste.

Because our culture doesn't dance enough. People don't have it around them growing up so they never adapt to it. If a white kid grows up in an average black household and has all black friends then I would bet 1000000000 dollars that white kid could dance as good as any black kid.
You know all you PC (politically correct) morons need to get a life. In general its true that white people can't dance as well as black people. Yes there are exceptions. SO WHAT! Its still the general rule. There isn't anything wrong with that. Its also something that could change in 20 years. There are differences between white culture and black culture. I guess they just don't have that jungle rhythm background. Have you ever noticed how much those moves have in common with the "step and fetchit" moves of an earlier generation. Not to mention those lovely tribal rites sequences in the Tarzan movies.
