"Concrete Angel" by Martina McBride
The video is also quite a tear-jerker.
Both are about a little girl who is abused, but nobody says anything about it. One night, she is beat too much and ends up dying. The whole song is about her story, and the video really gets the point across without being overly gruesome about the situation.

Jennifer Parsignault has a very emotional song called Prayer for St Syman. Its not very popular as far as I know, but in my opinion, the beauty and simply chilling melody has brought me to the brink of crying a couple of times. I suggest you listen to it and form your own opinion.
I added a link to a myspace page which has the song. The intro is about 30 seconds of just bells or something, but then the song starts.

The live versions of Wake me up when September ends and Time of your Life by Green Day from Bullet in a BIble (Filmed at Milton Keynes, UK). I was at that concert, and I just remember being in floods of tears during those two songs because they were so beautiful, and now the memory of that day makes me cry - happy tears though!
