If it's the FA Cup West Ham won the FA Cup in 1980. If it's the League Cup Sheffield Wednesday won the trophy in 1990/91.

Fa Cup was 1980 when West Ham beat Arsenal with a goal by Trevor Brooking. The League Cup was Sheff Wed in 1991.

Sheffield Wednesday was in the 1990-1991 English Old Second Division when they clinch the English League Cup, beating Manchester United from the English Old First Division 1-0 in the final. John Sheridan scored the only goal in the 37th minute to seal their first silverware in 55 years. the Owls finished in 3rd place that season & also earn themselves a promotion to the English Old First Division.
