Watch out!! the dems wouldn't like that much. Then they would actually have to back up some of the silly crap coming out of their mouths. Their time will come soon enough. Me. I couldn't care less. By that time I'll be out in the country with a fishing pole in my hand wondering how well the dems and imans in d.c. are getting along. Should be interesting.

Suggest you scan the constitution prior to asking this.
Even if everybody wanted a "special election", there is no provision for one.
You can Impeach him and the VP and let the the succession proceedures follow.
