It's "hidden" right now, how do I un-hide it?

Yahoo is at the moment trying to fix it, everyone who has 360 has been affected

go to the personal info & make it public. Actually its edit contact settings

click on your picture..(that bring you to your page) and click "let public view of my profile... then it will make it beable for people to view.
