Eliminate corporate taxes.
Cut all tax RATES 10%.
Freeze all federal spending at present levels. Then take 2 years to go through the budget line by line and eliminate all redistribution programs and all items that undeniably were pork, which would leave no more than 40% of the discretionary budget intact.
Drop nukes on Syria, Libya, Iran and North Korea and tell Saudi Arabia to close its wahabist schools within 2 weeks or face the same consequences.
And no, I'm not joking about any of this.

If I were the PM I would :
1. Move out of Kirrabilli house and get back to Canberra
2. Put Sydney on stage 5 water restrictions
3. Get my head out of Bush's butt
4. Reform Politician's pensions
5. Bring our troops home
7. Address Health and Education
8. Get off the damn computer and get on with the job

Find a way to bring the troops back home. Its time Iraq learned how to take care of thier own country. We need to worry about our own country.
Find a way for low income families and people who need it to have medical coverage.
Create a disaster campaign where not only would we have money for disasters such as Katrina but also enough people employed to help rebuild communities where the disaster takes place.
I have more but I cant think of them all now. lol.

Reinstate the draft much to the effect of Israels. They have it so everyone serves 2 years and then they are off. After that, I'd have a massive troop surge to Iraq (30k+) and ask the media to limit their news broadcasts on it so the military can finish it's job sufficiently.

Let's make this a smaller scale example...
If everyone in a bank (let's say 50 people) is allowed to carry a firearm, do you think the bad guy will still attempt the robbery.
Hmm...One against 50? I think not.
I say...Allow everyone without a violent felony conviction to carry a firearm. There would be a significant decrease in hold ups in populated areas because nobody would know who can defend themselves AND who else would come to assist.

Everyone who wanted to send our military to IRAQ, would
be given a rifle, boots, ammo, etc.and sent to join the fun.
Mexican border jumpers would also.And while I'm at it,
all the violent criminals we now house for free!And last but far
from least all the F***ing lawyers.And thats just for starts on my
1st day on the job.

A. listen to the people.
B. Surround myself with qualified intellectuals that don't own any favors and whose best interest is helping the country. This is pretty hard to do though.
