Most specialty baby/children boutiques carry them, also the higher end department stores such as Von Maur, Dillard's...they usually have some too. It really varies in price a lot, most are around $10 for a pair. Good Luck, hope you find some cute ones for Miss Evelyn :)

For adults...any grocery store.
For babies, I would imagine any baby clothing store or baby boutique (like babies R us) would carry such things.
Can't say for sure though...I have a boy...
Please be aware of the choking hazard with stuff like that .

Walmart carries the least expensive kinds.
