Yes, I have, many times in my life. I am 45.
I have my own way of problem solving.
1. Identify the problem.
2. Hunt it down and l kill it.
In other words, assess your feelings, what exactly is the issue, then make the necessary modifications. You have to "get along" while you are at home, but trust me, that does not end when you move out. Hang in there, life is long, much to learn.

If I feel trapped, I have to examine what's going on and if I'm being reasonable in the situation. If you're a teenager, of course you feel this way. It's part of learning and growing.

Yes like many have said already I too feel trapped all the time and at a young age especially it's hard to discern why it has to be that way.
Best quick fix for this one I've found is to immerse oneself in music.
Hit the interstate playing "Where the streets have no name," (U2) top volume and then tell me how you feel.

You think you're trapped now? Being an adult doesn't give you the freedom to do what you want. It gets worse. Then you have other people depending on you and requiring things of you. Enjoy your teens.
