Firehead by Devics, the music is creepy along with the vocals.
Your Ghost performed by 50' Wave also has creepy music.
Dragging Hooks by Cowboy Junkies has some creepy lyrics to go with the the creepy music. It's about fishing for a drowned women in a river using hooks on a net.

The Christian Phone Sex series from Con Demik is the creepiest recording I've ever heard. Its contains a series of phone calls to christian help lines where the people are talking to volunteer about committing suicide and/or murdering people. Its very disturbing even for a weird guy like me because the people calling are so intense and scary. Its frightening to think that there are actually people like that out there.

In regards to revaltion, War pigs by Black Sabbath stands out.
The guitar work by Tony Immoni, and the vocals by Ozzy Osbourne are so in grained with brimstone of man kind's
impending demise. Dante would have been proud.
