The worst money I ever spent was "Bahts" in Thailand. I did not see any numbers identifying the denomination and I was always concerned I was paying the wrong amount when I gave them to a cabdriver or a cashier.

oops, I thought you said the "most" amount of money.
The worst would be some clothes on eBay that I bought impulsively and don't even fit me.
