ive always been consciouse of my health. but in the past year ive started to get into a habit of stuffing my face with anything i can get my hands on. sometimes i throw up sometimes i don't.. the results= bad skin n teeth, weight gain. i just can;t stop, even after ive been to the gym i stil binge , way past the full up stage! i don't know who to go to or wot to do. i am slowly driving myself into isolation and dpression because of my stupid addiction to food. has anyone got any sort of advice?

I dont know if you are in the UK or the US, but go to your GP. The question I would like to ask you is whether you are making yourself sick (vomit). If you are, PLEASE see your GP.

What you are going through is NOT easy. It is difficult to develop good eating habits and the fact that you are feeling depressed and isolated is a bad thing. This is probably the time that you need your friends and family most to get you through a difficult time. See your doctor and explain your feelings and concerns and seek his/her advice. After all, it is your Doctor's duty to look after you, even when you are in this type of situation.

i'm like that too! so i've set a new diet e.g wheetabix in the morring fuirt fo lunch loads of water (yes its hard!) dinner veg ! good luck xxxluc of d irishxx
