My son turns 4 in a couple of months and I would love to get him an electric scooter for his birthday. However, the only ones I've seen are for age 8 plus as they go up to 10mph. Does anyone know where I can get a slower one suitable for a 4 year old?

I wouldn't recommend an electric scooter for a 4 year old. far to dangerous !

Electric scooters can be dangerous. Perhaps a ride on would suit him better. If possible, get one with a seatbelt.

Yes. You could get him one. When I was four I owned a razor E100 that said it went 10mph.It went more like 2mph. So it is reasonable to get him one as long as you watch him until he understands the concept it.
