Someone gave me this advice that changed my life..... Be sure to be aware of your start date according to your cycle and take the medication such as Midol BEFORE the cramps start. Once the pain has started it is so much harder to control with meds. Trust me, my cramps used to be so unbearable I would cry. This changed everything. Good luck. Hope this helps.

Stay away from processed sugar, salts and whole grains, for some reason they make cramps worse.
Use a heating pad, try a warm shower, midol or even look into getting on the pill, even if you arent sexually active. The pill definately makes cramps not so bad :)

Exercise is always a very good way to relieve cramps.

take midol...use a warm compress...also if i was you let your doctor know....due to it could be endometriosis...there may be something wrong with you....let them run some tests on you. the doctor can prescribe some medication to ease up on the pain. also give you an antiinflamitory like fluberbofen.
