Biologically speaking, because you didn't do your job! So now our bodies have to shed the membranes that we worked all month to build up, which causes cramps, and all of the built up chemicals are being flushed so now we're cranky (like the cramps aren't enough to deal with!), and then to top it all off we get to deal with some jerk saying "errrgh, it must be your time of the month, mnrrrgh" if we get a little upset over somethign stupid that YOU probably did anyhow.

PMS is from the body's cycle. Every month a woman's body gets ready to have a baby and lines the uterus with blood. In 3 weeks, if there is no baby, the uterus breaks down, making you lose blood which is the menstrual cylcle. Often, many extra hormmoes are released in the process causing mood swings and PMS

Not all women do. But it's a function of the normal reporductive hormone cycle of every woman.

And you might also try sounding a bit less angry. You're hardly endearing yourself to women in general with that attitude.

When we get our menstrual cycle we're going through hormonal imbalances. We're hungry, tired, cramping, aching, bloated, and just irritable. How would you feel bleeding 5-7+ days a month, with stomach cramps from hell? Can you tell I'm PMS'in? LOL

why do guys have to be so insensitive? it's not like it's our fault we get PMS. you make it out like we do it on purpose, just to annoy guys. like it doesn't annoy us, too!
