this might be wrong...but it makes sense in my head.
it can't be A since the first sentence mentions mutations, and one of the HW requirements is that there are no mutations.
C...not eventually, some can be expressed all the time but rarely.
D...mutations will always have SOME effect, esp over time.
B just isn't as wierd as the other ones.

so i say B. but get a second opinion to be safe. hope that helps.

HW does not take mutation into effect, lethal genes kill off those that carry them, so they will not occur in the breeding population, and mutations most certainly will affect the pop.
