what's the best medicine to prevent or heal being sick, fast? I have a headache, stuffy nose/congestion, sore throat. is there any hope for me?

Last year when I got sick I went the health food store. They recomended a product called Wellness Formula it is made by Source Natural. Even though I was sick, it helped me to recover alot faster. I have used it several times and also recognize that If I start taking it right away, at first signs of a cold or anything, I can sometimes lick it before it gets hold of me. I keep 2 large bottles on hand at all times. I never want to be without this product. I have even used it for my allergies as sometimes when I am exposed to molds or dirty airconditioner systems in stores I can get symptoms like an instant head cold. I find if I take some of these pills it helps to clear up my problem faster than without them. I have recommended this product to several people that have found it to be as effective as I had. Once I made an error of getting the capsules and I don't like as well, mainly because you have to take twice the amount of pills than the tablets. well just stay healthy by eating well and drinking plany of fluids and staying warm. and be sure to wash ur hands often.
i should of done it it hit me this week. lol.
