You do know that there are different WMDs. The WMDs from the late 90s are different from the ones we went to war for. And rather then go to war, Clinton used diplomacy to stop the weapons program from the late 90s, and force Saddam to destroy them. That is what Bush should have done as well.

President Clinton was the best President America has had in a long time. Too bad Bush had to come along and screw things up by letting the trade center get attacked. Remember, it was on Bush's watch.

"Clinton... focused more on terrorism than any previous president. A month before Clinton left office, his administration was praised by two former Reagan counterterrorism officials. 'Overall I give them very high marks,' Robert Oaklev, who served as ambassador for counterterrorism in the Reagan State Department, told the Washington Post. 'The only major criticism I have is the obsession with Osama...' Oaklev's successor in the Reagan administration, Paul Bremer... told the post he believed the Clinton administration had 'correctly focused on bin Laden.'

Well something sure was in the air and Berger stealing the CIA
reports and destroying them has to tell you something. Notice how the big 3 media's have down played that story? Clinton said he was going to leave it up to the next president to take care of Ben Laden and he sure did!

Many Democrats favored getting rid of Saddam Hussein during Gulf War One and were severely dented/frosted/aggravated when Bush One would not take Iraq while we were there.
Now they have all forgotten that Iraq was going nuclear, would assault the West and Israel and Hussein raised his $10,000 reward for homicide bombers to $20,000 while his people suffered lack of food, etc.

My, you guys have such a great impression of Clinton's power. He's been out of the White House for six years and it's _still_ all his fault?

No Clinton did not lie, he was a great president .. mislead Bush I'm sure his father was the one who did that. Bush is the one who is greedy and all he cares about is the oil and the money.. he is the one leading our soldiers to their deaths.. that is just my opinion!!

Regardless, Bush has never shown any regard for outside opinions, and he started the war and refuses to write an exit strategy, so no, this one falls squarely on Bush.
