Yes I knew Tom McDermott, contestant on the first Big Brother (UK) series. Having said that we weren't friends but I knew him and he lived round my way before the show. People forget Tyrone Tom was the catalyst for the whole Nasty Nick furore and it was this that caused the boom in public interest in the show seven long years ago. So in a way he's responsible for the whole thing... kinda..

Some guy way up the ladder from me at work was on that Treasure Hunter show on NBC, I see him around but I've never actually talked to him.

One of the women on "The Apprentice LA" right now is an attorney that does work for my former company. I've known her for 3 years -- was stoked when she told me she would be on the show!
