Its called birth control pills.

Take it easy and don't stress about it.

If you are worried you are pregnant get a pregnancy test.

I was in the same boat. I tried taking time for myself to help relax, but that never worked. My periods bounced around like you wouldnt believe, and sometimes I would have two in one month, and then skip a month. It was crazy. The doctors said there was nothing wrong with me, but the randomness just got to be too much. I went to the doctor and got put on birth control pills, and now its so regulated, I know when its going to come, to the T! I hope this helped.

It is normal under stress but birth control pills can regulate it. That is how mine is regulated! Hope it helps...
