Yes, he will be back for another season! Part of the reason being that he actually finished pretty strong last season, and with the Packers finishing 8-8, which has been better than years past, they may actually have a chance to make it into the playoffs if they pick-up some key players and get everything else in check. Plus, I think the Packers will need to pick up a better back-up QB this year, in case Farve gets hurt or decides not to return after next season. But yes indeed, Farve is returning!

Farve is done. He is too old to play another season. His time has come to throw in the towel and call it quits so he can be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

for the sake of the franchise, favre should retire. At the same time, he is a packer legend and has essentially earned the right to decide if he wants to keep playing for them or not. And, being as competitive as he is, he probably would want to keep playing til he's 70. He'll hang it up when he realizes he has no chance of winning...whether thats in one year or five, who knows?

im glad im not a packers fan.

He is coming back for his 17th season. Personally I think he needs to just retire, but if your still good shape and have love for the game more power to you.

he still has it in him... why not?? plus his backup (aaron rogers)isn't going to turn into a great player... why not go out and see if brett can still do it and then pick up a free agent Next year

OMG! i decide on him again to the packers so badly! he grow to be the finest of the team! he carried the team, and he better effective not signal to a diff. team, reason im particular if he does play for yet another team, they're going to flow to the superbowl. u can anticipate tht. unfortunatley...

yes he's coming back. I'm glad he is. i don't think he could leave during a bad season. if he's going to retire, he should do it with a bang, or at least one more super bowl victory...
