Now you have gone and opened that can of worms. You will get many ignorant responses such as "there is no such thing as Palestine" and "Israel was given to the Jews by G.d" at least that is what they believe by watching their Sunday morning Christian hate network. The truth is, Palestine was home to Muslims, Jews and Christians who lived together in peace until the British and the US put pressure on the UN to create a so called state exclusively for Jews as a result of the horrors of the Holocaust. That would have been fine if they chose a land that was unnoccupied, but Palestinians had lived there for thousands of years and already called Palestine home. They were forceably removed from their homes and some of them brutally slaughtered in 1948. These people, to this day, are forced to live in squallor conditions behind a massive apartheid wall, not able to work, feed their families or travel freely. Their lives are at risk every day by apache helecopters indiscriminately dropping bombs, bulldozers coming in and flattening their homes, IDF military personnel coming in and loading trucks with the young men and children who are then jailed without reason or trial for years. This ethnic cleansing of Palestine for the sake of a sole group of Zionists mascarading as true followers of Judaism is sickening to say the least. Every attempt at peace by the UN is blocked by only two countries, you guessed it, Israel and the US. The rest of the world is in favor, including the Palestinians, of a peaceful solution. Now Hamas has been elected to lead Palestine and Israel does not like that. Therefore, they have bought Abbas by supplying him with financial support and weaponry to fight against their own people, creating somewhat of a civil war. Even though Hamas is the elected government, Israel and the US continue to only deal with the Fatah party. Until we, as educated and civilized Americans, demand that our tax dollars stop being sent to Zionist Israel to aid them in their apartheid and ethnic cleansing, this will never end.

Or are you asking if there should be a state of Palestine? because there is no such place right now.

Palestine doesn't exist. However, the Palestinians should be entitled to their own country. But here lies the problem. They want a piece of Israel and they're never going to get it.

There is no Palestine. I think the Palestinians terrorist bombings against Israeli woman and children are despicable. The least they could do is make some sort of effort to attack military targets instead of just blowing up anybody in the vicinity.

There are NOT two sides to this. Yeah, the spit of land Israel is on they got kicked off of 2000 years ago, but they also used to have villages throughout the middle east until Muhammad came along and massacred them. This isn't about an Israeli state. This is about Muhammad's book which says that Allah commands you to kill Jews and Christians, which Muslims have been doing for CENTURIES.

Very little. It doesn't exist. It WOULD have existed had the armies of five "peaceful" Arab nations not attacked Israel on the day of its independence in 1948.

There is also no such thing as a "Palestinian". These are simply Arabs, indistinguishable in any way Jordanians.

There should be both a Palestinian state and an Israeli state. There are people on both sides that are guilty of atrocities and I wish the US would stop always taking Israel's side in everything.

It is not and never was a country. "Palestinians" didn't exist until Israel took land from Jordan and Egypt in 1967.
