Age of consent in 16. Unless there is an older adult in authority, then it is 18. Hope this helps.
ps. all these other answer are complete bull. The age is 16 unless somebody is in authority and in that case the age is 18. But if you're 16 and want to have sex with a 20 year old, that is completely leagal (as long as the 20 year old isn't in authority over you.)

Any age, as long as you are both minors and capable of having sex. Should really say both minors either because that is a sticky subject. I believe the question you mean is what is the age of consent. Anyway always best to wait until the other person is over 18. Even if they can't get you on Statutory Rape they could call it Corruption of Minors.

16 I think, but if you ask me that this whole consent thing is rediculous, does anybody honestly think that this stops kids from haveing sex. If you ask a group of 14 year olds what consent means around 60 percent of them will probably say that they never heard of it.

I believe it is 16....but that person you have sex with cannot be over 18.
If you have sex with someone over 18, then you yourself have to be 18.
And to patrickctrombly.....what the hell kind of answer is that? Sounds pretty arrogant to me!
