Everyone knows that Dr Hawkings wheelchair is fitted with helicopter blades, jet attatchments and of course a spring loaded boxing glove (I think the technical name is an Extendo-Glove).
So obviously he could have Davros in a fight!!!!!

Despite his crippled looks, Dr. Hawking is actually a powerful ninja in disguise. Were they to confront each other alone, Dr. Hawking would destroy Lord Davros with a single finger.
Since his ninja identity is secret to the public, however, were this confrontation to occur in front of others, Dr. Hawking would be forced to hide his ninja skills and rely instead on his battle chassis (also known as his "wheelchair,") which, as is obvious to everyone, is equipped with a vast array of powerful weapons, some of them neurologically implanted so he can control them by thought.
Now, Lord Davros also has his high-powered laser weapons, and it would come down to a shooting match-- each can damage the other, and Dr. Hawking does have some vulnerable areas, unless, of course, he transforms into an armored truck.

He has every right to express his views by not attending the conference. The fact that some people don't necessarily agree with him doesn't mean that his making this choice was "wrong". I'm not convinced this is the best way to express an opinion on Israeli policy, but I don't object to Hawking's doing it. Edit: Just so you know: it's not clear that Hawking pulled out for any reasons of politics. A spokesman claimed that was the case, but now the excuse given is his health. The spokesman may have been wrong about the situation.

This is a pure brilliant question!! I too want to commend the asker and the answers to this.
My monies on Davros but only because his voice would go supersonic as Hawking grabs his balls, the resultant scream would be so loud and high that it would make Hawkings head explode.

Yes. Davros is as hard as nails. Hawking's got a glass jaw - goes down like a sack of spuds.

My guess is is would depend on the model of Dr Stephen's wheelchair. Perhaps he's been issued a top secret Bondesque chair with which to defend his beautiful mind from ill doing Lords and Luddites....

Depends, I mean, which one wants it more.
Obviously Davros has th edge when it comes to prior experience of "doin what it takes",but who knows what dark passions live in Hawking`s heart.
Of course th most important factor is,what`s it all about?
Is Steve throwin his weight about,an tryin to steal Davo`s girl,or did th Lord Emperor spill Hawkies pint ?

Unfortunately, These guys would not fight on robot wars... It would take Hawking an eternity to fill out the entry form.

I'm putting all my money on Hawking. The turnover must be huge if he turns out to win... I'd say the odds are 25,000 to 1. Bets are taken at your local betting agency.
