i found black, red, and yellow mold all over the windows and walls in my apartment. Is is bad for us? We had a love sac it the closet that was over 300 dollars and now it is covered in mold, should they have to pay for this?

Well, I don't know what a love sac is but you need to contact your landlord immediately. Mold can be deadly, others make you sick. You would most likely take him/her to court to get the money for the love sac.

mold only grows where there is no air movement its like a closed can of what ever it will spoll in a home bad news will eataway at the wood in roof and walls and you too when i say a closed can i do not mean like can goods at the store that has been canned i mean it like a peace of meat left in the freeze with the door open need to get more air in the space crack the window for now then you to need to put more vents in the roof to let out the damp air and get air to moving around as for the love sac dont know to tell the truth dont know what it is but do know you have the right to live in a place that has no ill harm to you try working with land lord if that dont work out go to usa gov. and look for better housing and file a compant

Yes I'd ask for a different unit. They need to clean that up.
You can also spray it liberally with tilex mold killer.
Also get a dehumidifier.
This is not something to sit around waiting for your landlord to fix if they start dragging their feet. Take pictures also before you or them clean.

Contact landlord immediately. Live elsewhere while it is being cleaned. If he won't remedy the situation, get an attorney and move too. VERY DANGEROUS
If he cleans it and it comes right back, there is problems with the bldg. MOVE

black mold is bad news.need lower humidity,higher temperature . clean with bleach & mask

wow thats bad it could be harmful idk did u cause this if u did no if it was there before moved in yes ask them about it
