Unless you boot with a clean CD with your AV and reg cleaners installed, you will never get it. Even then, if you have been hit with a rootkit, you are probably hosed.

If you want the best possible way to clean this up, do a format and re-install.

Yes, I know it is a royal pain in the rump, but this time, when you re-install all your programs and data, use a drive image tool like Acronis and take a snapshot of your drive. This way, if this happens again, you can restore your drive to this clean point. If you don't have one, get another hard disk and keep your data there. It is much easier to protect and back up this data than if it is integrated with your programs and OS.

It appears you have a Homepage/Browser Hijacker. These are usually installed by Smitfraud Trojans. The Smitfraud must be removed to stop the Hijacker.

These two free sites remove Smitfrauds. They are very good if you follow the instructions.
