Yes, massage is great. It's a great stress reliever; always best after a hot shower, bath or soak in the hot tub. That helps relax things and get the circulation going, which helps get the lactic acid out of the muscles.

If I had a woman here, I would say sex, without adoubt. But since that's not happening right now, I'll take a Captain Morgan and 7up. By the way, I love to give and receive a good massage too.

i like to do something new or do something that i don't usually do. In my opinion, a new experience is scary, exciting and different which puts us in a new state of mind and can help alleviate a stressful mind. Plus, even if it didn't help, at least you can say, "hey, i've done trapeze" or "i went on a slow scenic hike this weekend" and not a lot of people can say that...
