It's the B vitamins in the pre-nates. When you take B vita's alone your urine will be yellow.

"When taking a multivitamin, your body absorbs as much digested nutrient as required by your cells at that particular time. Extra vitamins and minerals not absorbed continue through the digestive tract and are excreted. Riboflavin is a "water soluble" vitamin and, therefore, its route of excretion is via the urine. Any vitamin or multivitamin that contains riboflavin (B 2) in the formulation will cause your urine to change colour as it has a very strong yellow colour."

I agree with the other about the effects of vitamins on urine. Also, make sure that you are drinking enough water. Urine should not be concentrated and strong smelling, if it is you're at risk for dehydration.
