I think it would cost about $0 if there was no war and the return on that investment would be substantially greater than the return on the $100 (+70) BILLION for this year and more of the same next year.

I say we send the prisoners that we are paying for in prision... Tell them if they win the war for us, we will let them go and live in that country, but they can never return to the United States.. That way we save $ on prison upkeep and don't have to pay all the people that Bush does to tell each other what to wear when fighting.. Too many squirrels in the top of the tree is why it costs 1 billion... Have the already trained military call the shots... Seems logical to me!!! No money for the elderly, tho.... Hmmmmm..... Billions for war... Makes sense, doesn't it????
