Are prices of properties and houses cheap or expensive in Iran? Is it cheap and expensive to live in Iran? Can you own your own farmyard cheaply in Iran?

hi im bahram from iran.
the average price for a apartment in the best place in the capital of iran (tehran) between 100.000-5.000.000 $
in the city center of theran about : 40.000-100.000$
in downtown of tehran about:10.000-30.000
in other cities the house price about 5.000-4.000.000$

well it depends upon the place u want to live in. in tehran especially those northern parts of the city which are the best parts are so high in prices that even those rich ones can hardly afford to buy a property. you can buy a flat there for $3000 per meter. In fact with this amount of monry you can find a quite good one. About the farmyard it's considerably cheaper. And why not having one for your own? but I don't know anything about the laws if a foreigner can own a property for himself or not.

it varies between what house is it! my grandma owns a mansion in Iran, she bought it for $14,000,000. my sisters friend rented a apartment in Iran just for $50 a month. land in Iran is 3,000 a mile.

You have to pay £150,000 or more for a one bed FLAT in average and more than £500,000 for a house.
