Taco dip - it's easy to make and you just keep it in a slow cooker...
Brown 2 lbs. Ground Beef (drain)
1 small block of Velveeta Mexican Cheese
1 Large can of Hormel Chili, NO BEANS
While browing the meat, slice the cheese into small pieces. After draining meat, place cheese into skillet with meat and allow to melt, stirring occassionally. Add Hormel Chili, stir and transfer to slow cooker. Serve with Tostitos Bite Size Chips.

Find a good local Chinese restaurant. Get a hold of their carryout menu. For 30 - 40 dollars, you can eat like kings. Pick it up or have them deliever.
Try the orange chicken, curry beef, garlic shrimp.
Very tasty, filling, and economical.
For dessert, get some pre-made pies or fruit.

Hot wings are a must! Chips, salsa. You can make a giant sub cheaper than buying using a large loaf of Italian bread, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, olives adn whatever meat and cheese you like. Cut on the diagonal into sandwiches and enjoy!
