I want to sell the items at local craft/county fairs, farmers markets, and at our local food co-op. As many people that do this, I'd find it hard to believe that there are a lot of expensive permits and licenses to obtain. Any info would be helpful though. Thanks!

I don't really have a good answer, but there was a lady on Oprah who did the same thing. Maybe you can find info on Oprah's web on how to get in touch with that lady.

You need more Permits and applications than you can propably afford. Do you think you can make a lotion for people to put on their body without a Government approval that it is safe or even does what you intend it to do.

Do a little research my dear.

Highly regulated (Federal) business. Do plenty of reasearch on FDA regulations. Law suits everywhere for reactions to products.
