Hello, I have a healthy 5 year old and unfortunatley suffered a miscarriage in September 06. The pregnancy wasnt planned but nevertheless welcome. We have been TTC since the first period after the miscarriage. I have been back in touch with the hospital who looked after me recently and they advised to try on day 8,10,12,14.16 etc etc. (Day 8 being the 8th day after the 1st day of my last period) They also warned it could take upto 18 months after miscarrying however you read about women conceiving quickly after miscarriage so dont give up hope we are all different, but I would go back to your hospital/GP and ask them for some reassurance that everything is normal. Thats what I did. Good Luck and I am sure your dreams will come true.....
PS I was also told that if I got too hung up on it all then it wouldnt happen as stress can stop you ovulating...wierd but I believe the medical profession.

There are test tubes that you can buy in the bundle at Wal-Mart. Just like when your pregnant. It tells you exactly when your ovulating and when is the best time to conceive.
You cannot have a miscarriage by just having sex too hard. Most miscarriages within the first 3 months are due to, Caffine, hard work, jumping too hard, stress, etc. If you want to get pregnant, its best to also lay off the pop or as other people call it, Soda. It can cause the body to sluff off the unborn fetus.
Its best to eat healthy, etc.
I know how you feel. I am trying to get pregnant too! Good luck to you. You can also find what to do and how to prevent miscarriages from the book, What to Expect when your Expecting. Its a good book! Buy it, even if your planning on getting pregnant. Its the best source of info.
Good luck and I hope you are able to have a baby.

this must be hard for you... I didnt know that you could miscarry from having sex too hard but anyway....
I heard that one of the symptoms of Endometriosis (that's a medical term for a problem with the womens uterus) is that when you do eventually fall pregnant, you miscarry more often than a person who doesn't have that problem. People with Endometriosis have a lot of trouble concieving in the first place also.
No need to stress out just yet tho. It has only been 9 months and it could be something else. I suggest you go see your GP and get them to refer you to a specialist becoz you will need to find the possible causes of why you are having trouble conceiving first before you can try to remedy it.
In the meantime, look at other factors of your life - diet, exersize and overall health and well being are important. You need to have balance. Try to think positivly.
I also heard the best time to concieve is 14 days before you are due for your period. If your period is pretty regular, try going for it around that time, 14 days before you estimate you are due.
Good luck.

i canNOT imagine that one would miscarry from having hard sex. it's more likely that the embryo was defective. it takes a while for your cycle to return after miscarrying, and it also takes a while to get pregnant, about a year for a normal couple.
become familiar with your cycle (they sell ovulation predicting kits at drugstores), ask him to wear boxers and try doing it every other day during your ovulation cycle so the guy can build up a reserve of healthy boys. if you're still unsuccessful after a while, ask him to get tested to see if his boys are in good shape. if that's also a problem, go see you doctor who can examine your reproductive system. i remember reading something about this test that assess how fertile she is - i think it measures some hormone or enzyme. but this is way down the line.
and don't get too caught up in it. maintaining a relaxed mental is not to be overlooked.

Count the first day of your last period as day one and you generally ovulate from day 13 to 17 a mans sperm lives for 72 hours. So in most cases sex on day 13 and 16 would be a good time.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

The best time to try for baby is two weeks from your period, stress may be causeing you some probs, its really hard on you right now,so you need to stay cool, have a break if you can. Not that it helps you but my neighbour has waited 8 years for her son,she had given up and they were in the middle of moving to a smaller place, when she found out that she was.So they stayed.

you're usually most fertile 12 - 14 days from the FIRST day of your period. Like if you're period is on the first, try having sex every other day on the 12, 14, 16. After that, the chances drop! but the sperm can live inside for a few days. so if one day don't work, the other might. Also, don't try so hard, relax, take pre-natal viatamins while trying too, and don't have unusual (hard) sex, like you mentioned! Good luck! Let me know if it works!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9
