One-click ordering makes life a breeze. Although I agree that the My Account Area could benefit from one or two clicks less to access certain areas.

I have been using amazon for more then 2 years now and the only time that I had to wait more then average for an item, was when I order items that were free of shipping charges. I even try out their amazon prime service for two months and I order quite a few things because all shipping was free, but amazon primes cost about 79 dollars per year you get 2 days free shipping for the whole year.
Oh sometimes you get really good deals in and you don't have to pay taxes in some items.
I have also order items which later sold for a lower amount and Amazon automatically send the difference in credit to my credit card that does not happen in any other site, and I buy on line more then the average person being that I'm in a wheelchair.
so the answer to your question a big NO.

DEFINETELY! I ordered $40 worth of items on Amazon. But even though it said all of them were in stock, I later recieved an email saying they had run out and wouldn't get new stocks until two months later! I didn't even get a refund!

I had to shut down my account with them my weekend manager ordered something from them and she set up her own account with them but they charged my credit card and they charged hers..They had no good reason why that happened ..They also took it upon there self to add me to the premium account which cost $80.00 .They had to refund me .I shut down my account so that accident wouldn't happen again
