Why is it everyone else's fault that Blacks and American Indians don't get ahead in the world as well as say Jews, East Indians, Asians etc?

I think most of this race thing is in the mind of the beholder. I have friends in several races and cultures and none of them can tell me about ever coming up against racism. In fact the only time I have ever witnessed it was when a Jamaican guy called me a cracker and my pal ( also from the Island ) cuffed him across the head for it. It never really ment anything to me but to him it did. I think you have to experience racism to really understand the pain it causes. If someone uses a racist remark against me ( i'm white ) I would think about where the remark came from before I let it bother me. I'm the one that should be referred to as colored. I turn red then brown over the summer and I turn blue when I'm out to long in winter. Thats more colored than just being black...at least thats what my friends tell me. 8-)

actually it is not everyone's fault. but it is some white peoples fault in a lot of those cases. a lot of times white people will not hire an educated black person, or asian or jew or indian or anyone else for the mere fact that white people look out for other white people instead of judging by that persons credibility.
