It is understood that my female co worker hates me and is jealous of me. I used to talk to her until I was reported over the smallest item.
Even when I did talk to her, she wasn't responsive. When, I join in on the group, she doesn't join in. When, I asked out of concern, she said I was being noisy. When, I went over to get documents for a colleague, she said I was being noisy.

I give up and I have to do my work. I am waiting to find and start my new job.

She is obsessed as to why I don't talk to her.

This is hard to understand. If you mean noisy, stop talking to her so loud and don't get the boss' attention. She must be uncomfortable around you, so it's strange you call her obsessed with you!! Makes no sense to me. Be quiet around her but smile a lot and see if she wants something. A smile says a lot!! And it's quiet!!

if she's obsesssed now that you say nothing then you must be avoiding things like when you said you had differances as to "Group " Yes its happens just as human nature happens, See where it is going you might not have to leave your job but hope not to be in the situlation over & over again an can walk away when it does if you talk once more an leave the past be

The older we get the more childish these women get. Believe me I know exactly how you feel. It's like everyone is worried about my every move. It's like I give them crap to talk about and I don't even talk to anyone anymore.

i would stop worriing so much about her cuz by the sounds of it your obsessed with what she has to say after your intreaction!
Who cares what she says your taking her problem and making it yours!
if she thinks your being nosy for doing your job! oh well her problemnot yours!
the more you ponder on this the more it's going to happen so ignore it let it go

face it she has issues never let anyone run you or make you feel less then a person hold your head up and be proud if you know in your heart you didn't do anything to her.
