I felt the same way when I auditioned last year. I originally tried out for the intermediate company but was invited into the advanced company. I am probably the least flexible in the group, but I have other strengths and the most flexible have their weaknesses. You've just got to find your strengths, they'll help you acheieve your goal!
Also, if you don't make it into your highschool dance company, you could ask to come to their technique days (if they have them) so you can practice. I know a girl who did this and this year she's one of the best, if not the best, in the entire company!
Try your hardest! :)
