Tax perks, breaks, things I can claim on my tax return.. like a car or traveling expenses. Or does that all get claimed through the business?

I havent leased the car yet, I just want to know if I can, and what would the best way of doing it be? I didnt even get K -1 forms, I got W-2's.. so did my boss who is the president and 90 percent owner of the company

Your ownership in the company is very limited. The fact that the other owner of the business has 90% of the stock means that you have few of the benefits of ownership, unless the owner gives them to you. Otherwise, you are just an employee with the right to say "I own part of the business."

In all business decisions, your 10% means absolutely nothing.

did you file the expense through the Business ?
If yes - than it will show on your K-1 tax form.
If not - file it as a unreimbursed business expense on your personal tax form.

To answer to your quesion I should now the country name where deposit your return because every country has his own tax structure. So it is dificult to explain what can be done to get more tax benifit.So please state clearly your country. Thank You.
