Well if you dont have a layer of fat against your stomach I seriously recommend the AB BOOT CAMP. You see results within a month! You do it at least three times a week. I tell you what crunches alone arent gonna cut it!!!

And if thats too hard there are other abdominal workouts on the page.

This is a boot camp a lot of body builders and models use when they need their 6pack to be in as good as shape as they are.. I;ve done it and seen what I wanted

I was doing about 200 sit ups per day, and My packs showed up. But because I have quite a lot of fats at the tummy, they are making my packs rather hard to see. Just take more protein rich food like meat and milk, and get the sit ups done. Try doing a little at first, like 30 at one time. Then slowly increase to 40 or 50. Take your time, it works better if it's slow. I once tried doing 50, and after resting for like a minute, did 30 more, and then 20. After that I went and check the mirror, my packs showed up. If you do the exercises often, you can get them in a month or two. You may want to do 4 x 50 per day or more. Go by your own pace.

As for the loose skin, I believe some cream in pharmacies will help tighten them. I don't know if it really works, but you can try this. Put a bottle of water into the fridge, and take it out after it's became real cold. Rub it on your tummy. I've heard it will help tightening the skin because of contraction.

Which you could hinder getting loose epidermis by shedding pounds slowly, which you intend to do. You are young so your dermis still has a lot of elasticity, it'll snap back. Firming workouts 3 times every week, yoga, Pilates, ab work outs, and so forth, fairly support too. And skin firming lotions additionally support. Don't fear about it, your dermis might be company when you are carried out.
