I just got contacted to do a low budget movie about a cyclopse, and the director want only one eye on the center of the forehead. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to do a half mask to cover the eyes, so I'm looking for some tips! Anything you can offer me would be stellar!

Your definantly going to need to mesh/mask the eyes, then I would suggest making the one eye before the actor comes in out of your desired material and then putting it together on the actor. Making one full nose and above mask or at least a face plate like thing may end up being your best bet
